Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp white miso
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sage
  • 3 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

  1. Dissolve miso and honey with a splash of hot water and melted butter
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients
  3. Use as marinade for your favorite meat or veggies
